Myanmar / Indonesia: Meeting on agriculture sector

Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung received Mr. Novan Ivanhoe Saleh, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia based in Yangon at Office No. 15 in Nay Pyi Taw on September 23.

During the meeting, they cordially discussed matters regarding investment and technical cooperation in the oil palm sector, the production of agricultural education programs for farmers, the construction of farmer training schools, the dissemination of digital and television-based agricultural information, and the sharing of modern agricultural techniques.
