International Cooperation: Receiving the UN delegation

Amyotha Hluttaw Speaker U Aung Lin Dwe received Ms. Gwyn Lewi, the United Nations Resident Coordinator/Humanitarian Coordinator Ad Interim in Myanmar at the meeting hall of the Hluttaw in Nay Pyi Taw on August 20th.

The meeting discussed matters on Hluttaw’s cooperation for effective provision of humanitarian assistance, implemented by United Nations in accordance with exciting laws and procedures. They also exchanged views on positive outcomes for the people through cooperation with the United Nations organizations and to strengthen cooperation and mutual understanding.
