Ceuta president says Spanish enclave not yet 'back to normal'

Despite the mass return of migrants to Morocco, Ceuta's president, Juan Jesús Vivas, warned that the Spanish enclave has not yet returned to normal, after an estimated 60,000 migrants entered over the course of just a few days.

By Saturday, almost all of the tens of thousands of migrants had left, while some EU countries strengthened their border controls in response to the sudden influx. Meanwhile, opposition leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo blamed the central government for the crisis, citing what he described as lax immigration policies.
