Anniversary Plan : Commemorative calendar for Kachin State Day

In order to celebrate the 79th anniversary Kachin State Day which falls on 10th January, the state government plans to publish the commemorative calendar.

On Saturday, a work coordination meeting was held with Kachin Artisans Association. During the meeting, Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan said publishing of anniversary Magazines and calendars is the annual working process to commemorate the Kachin State Day.

In cooperation with the Kachin Artisans Association, the Chief Minister urged to publish a calendar that is unique and more innovative than previous years, highlighting traditional cultural heritage and including local landmarks. The Secretary of State Government and officials from Kachin Artisans Association discussed cooperation plans and suggestions, and the Chief MInister coordinated the needs.
