Brussels holds 3rd India-EU Trade & Tech Council meeting

The 3rd India-EU Trade & Technology Council ministerial meeting was held in Brussels on Wednesday. During the meeting, the Indian Commerce Minister said that the Council complements the ongoing efforts towards an ambitious, balanced & mutually beneficial India-EU Free Trade Agreement.

The two sides agreed to deepen cooperation on digital trust services, 6G, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors. The leaders also reviewed progress across resilient supply chains, critical and emerging technologies, clean energy & innovation, deep-tech startups, green hydrogen, and EVs & batteries.
