'Saddened': France marks 10-year anniversary of Nice attack

Nearly 20,000 people gathered on the Promenade des Anglais to watch a display featuring 2016 drones spelling out the words "liberty", "equality" and "fraternity" ,the motto of the French Republic, to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of the terror attacks in this French city. Then 86 blue beams of light were directed towards the sky, whilst the names of the victims were read out.
