The lavender season has begun in Kuyucak, a village in the Keciborlu district of Isparta, widely known as Turkiye’s lavender-scented village. Lavender flowers, which bloom in July, have transformed nearly 5,000 decares of farmland into a stunning sea of purple, creating one of the country’s most popular summer destinations.

Thousands of domestic and international visitors are coming to the village ahead of the annual harvest to capture photographs among the vibrant lavender fields. Visitors are also showing strong interest in handcrafted lavender products made by local residents, including essential oils, soaps, sachets, and other traditional items.
