Sustainable Development: MOE Union Minister visits Education Exhibition

The 2026 Global Sustainable Development Congress continued at Convention Exhibition in Jakarta, Indonesia on Thursday.

Union Minister for Education Dr. Chaw Chaw Sein and party visited the Education Exhibition held in conjunction with the congress and toured around the exhibitions displayed by international universities and education associations. Responsible personnel from each exhibition clarified the research evidences related to sustainable development of their universities, educational innovation and curriculum reforms.

During the tour, the Union Minister met with officials from top universities within Asia-Pacific region, and discussed the bilateral education cooperation with Myanmar universities. Detailed discussions include the cooperation between universities from Myanmar and overseas in the fields of education and research, implementation of Exchange Programs for faculties and students, establishment of frameworks on promoting joint research, and collaboration for technology.
