





The Special Refresher Training Course for Basic Education Teachers launched its 84th batch on Monday at Yadana Hall of the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar). The ceremony was attended by Union Civil Service Board (UCSB) Member U Htun Htun Win, officials from the Ministry of Education, Rector U Kyaw Soe, invited guests, pro-rectors, university officials and trainees.
In his speech, UCSB member U Htun Htun Win stressed the need for qualified and skilled human resources to support national development. He highlighted teachers’ role as educators, mentors and second parents, urging them to cultivate compassion, public service, and moral values among students. He also called on teachers to uphold the seven qualities of an ideal teacher and nurture students through dedication, passion, sacrifice and compassion.
The five-week training course was attended by 474 trainees from the Ministry of Education.
