Surgical Treatment: Treatment to cleft lip and palate patients

The cleft lip and palate repair surgical treatment program was conducted at 500-bed General Hospital in Pyay Township, Bago Region.

On Sunday, Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win, accompanied by responsible officials, visited the hospital and observed the treatment program. They cordially greeted the patients, gave words of encouragement and provided nutritious foodstuff and cash assistance. They also presented gifts to the specialists. From 20th to 21st June, a total of 26 cleft lip and cleft palate patients underwent repair surgery under the supervision of the Bago Region Government.
