Turkiye marble fair brought together global industry players

Turkiye marble hub Afyonkarahisar brought together global industry players as the 2nd International Block Marble Fair opened its doors to visitors. Held at the Afyonkarahisar Motor Sports Center, the event features nearly 400 companies, highlighting the country’s vast natural stone reserves and production capacity.

The fair showcases large marble blocks extracted from regional quarries, known for their wide range of colors and patterns that attract international demand. Organizers estimate the city’s marble reserves at around 400 million cubic meters, with an annual production capacity of about 7 million cubic meters. Artistic and high value marble products are also on display, including a Formula-style race car and a motorcycle made entirely of marble, drawing significant attention from visitors.
