







The sixth day of the second regular session of Third Amyotha Hluttaw was held on Friday at Hluttaw Assembly Hall in Nay Pyi Taw. Of the 209 Hluttaw representatives who were entitled to attend, 203 representatives were present.
During the question-and-answer session, U Sai Win Khine of No. (10) Constituency from Shan State, asked how will the authorities verify and identify the person who originally received a duplicated National Registration Card number and protect that person's citizenship rights from being adversely affected? U Khin Maung Htay of No. (7) Constituency from Magwe Region, asked whether there are plans to allow the renewal of licenses for motor vehicles and motorcycles whose licenses have expired in Gangaw, Htilin and Saw Townships within Gangaw District.
Daw Nan Woe Sein of No. (12) Constituency from Shan State, asked whether there are plans to upgrade the Tarkaw–Mong Pyin Road and the MongPyin–Kengtung asphalt road in eastern Shan State, as the road surface in Mong Pyin Township along the Union Highway has deteriorated severely.
In addition, a total of other six questions were raised during the session. The questions were answered by Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing, Deputy Minister for Transport U Aung Myaing and Deputy Minister for Construction U Myo Myint respectively. Then, the session was adjourned.
