US, Iran to sign MoU in Switzerland on Friday

Switzerland announced on Tuesday that the signing ceremony of the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding (MoU) will be held on Friday in Burgenstock, central Switzerland, rather than Geneva. Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and U.S. Vice President J.D.

Vance will attend the signing ceremony, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi confirmed on Tuesday. On the same day, U.S. President Donald Trump declared that the Strait of Hormuz will be fully reopened by Friday.
