Coordination Meeting: Meeting with Mon State Census Supervisory Committees

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing presided over a coordination meeting with the members of district and township level field census supervision committees within Mon State at the Mon State Government office in Mawlamyine on 19th June.

In his speech, the Union Minister in his capacity as Chairman of Central Committee on Field Census Supervision underscored the siginificant achivements of Pan Khin Project. Highlighting the importance of collaborative measures among field census supervision committees, the Union Minister called on strenurous efforts of the relevant committee members to successfully hold the free and fair multi-party democracy general election.

Next, Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein in his capacity as chairman of Mon State Field Census Supervision Committee made clarifications on arrangements carried out to secure voter lists accuracy. After making sector wise discussions and addressing necessities, the meeting was concluded with the closing remarks by the Union Minister.
