In response to these reports, Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister provided the guidance in order to ensure adequate and reliable drinking water supply within Pyin Oo Lwin District and Township, the implementation of quick and effective short-term plans (Quick Win Plans) must be prioritized. Urban and rural livelihood systems, employment opportunities, and living standards must be systematically improved.

As Pyin Oo Lwin is already being developed into a Cherry City, Floral City, Coffee City, Education City, and Healthcare City, efforts should continue in a coordinated manner, especially in expanding cherry tree plantations in areas where they grow well. In developing town planning, facilities like sports fields must be carefully and systematically included.
