Coordination meeting : Meeting for Townships’ development held in Kayah

A coordination meeting to implement efforts for keeping Townships within Kayah State clean, beautiful, and pleasant, was held at the State Government Office's meeting hall on June 3rd. The meeting was attended by Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin, members of the State Government, officials from various departments, and Chairs of district and township administration bodies.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister delivered an opening speech, stating that the purpose of convening the meeting was to discuss initiatives for maintaining cleanliness, beauty, and greenery in Townships within the state.

He emphasized the importance of further efforts to enhance Loikaw City, as it serves as the capital of the state, ensuring that it meets the characteristics of a well-developed city. He also assured that the State Government would work on improving the efficiency of the initiatives, coordinating efforts, addressing necessary requirements, and providing necessary support.

Following this, officials from various state-level departments presented their respective action plans, explaining how they would contribute to the efforts. Members of the State Government participated in discussions and provided additional insights.

After that, the Chief Minister addressed the presentations, providing instructions on implementation strategies and necessary collaborative actions. He then coordinated discussions with relevant officials and delivered concluding remarks.
