Providing educational assistance: MoL provided educational assistances

The ceremony for providing educational assistances to the children of personnel from the Ministry of Labour’s departments and offices for the 2025-2026 academic year was held this morning at the temporary conference hall of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.

Union Minister U Chit Swe attended the event and delivered a speech. In his speech, the Union Minister emphasized that the government is committed to fostering well-rounded, highly capable young students with international-level education and high-quality human resources.

He stated that the national policies have been set to achieve these goals and that efforts are being made to ensure their success. He highlighted that the future of a country depends significantly on the educational achievements of the younger generation, and therefore, the government is working in various ways to nurture exceptional young individuals. He urged all students to study diligently, as completing their education is essential for a smooth and successful life journey.

Following the speech, the Union Minister, Deputy Minister, and Permanent Secretary provided educational assistances to the children of staff under the Ministry of Labour for the 2025-2026 academic year through the directors-general of respective departments and offices. They also took commemorative photographs with the attending students.
