Tour in Ayeyawady Region: Academic and development works in Ayeyawady Region

A ceremony to erect the billboard for School Enrollment Day for 2025-2026 academic year was held in Pathien of Ayeyawady Region on Thursday.

Member of the State Administration Council Mahn Nyein Maung attended the event, together with Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win and officials. After the ceremony, the council member met with the education officers, principals and teachers and called for cooperative efforts to ensure the enrollment of all-school-going-aged children and to achieve high passing rate.

The Council member and party later visited Sanchaung Village in Labutta Township and inspected the cattle farm and crab breeding farm. They also inspected the completion of dams and sluice gate between Yway and Pyar Malot Rivers.

In meeting with local farmers, the council members urged all to strive for boosting cultivation to achieve better socio-economic status. The agricultural inputs were also provided to the farmers as well as the land grant permission for construction of Kayin Literature and Culture Association.
