






The graduation ceremony of the 121st Police Officer Cadet Training Course was held at the Parade Ground of the Police Officer Training School in Pyin Oo Lwin Township, Mandalay Region on Friday, with the attendance of Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung.
The event began with the Union Minister inspecting the cadets and receiving their salute. Following the inspection, the Union Minister presented awards to outstanding cadets who are excellent in overall activities, physical training, law studies, English and Computer studies.
In his speech, the Union Minister urged all to follow orders and directives precisely and to fulfill their assigned duties with commitment and integrity. He highlighted the current role of the Myanmar Police Force, which is working with the military, local defense forces, security organizations, and the public in conflict-affected areas to restore peace and stability. He encouraged the new graduates to serve the people and protect the country’s sovereignty and independence with dedication. The 121st Intake included 327 graduates including 198 male and 129 female university degree holders, who completed the training.
A dinner reception for the graduates was held in the evening, attended by the Union Minister for Home Affairs, the Police Chief, invited guests, and the graduating officers. Entertainment was provided by the Myanmar Police Force band.
