Receiving UN representatives: DPM MOFA UM received UN representatives

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Mr. Marcoluigi Corsi, United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator a.i. (UNRC/HC a.i.), and Mr. Sajjad Mohammad Sajid, Head of Office of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), at 11AM on May 6 at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on matters related to the rehabilitation process at the areas affected by the powerful Mandalay earthquake and future cooperation between the Government of Myanmar and the United Nations agencies. Also present at the meeting were senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
