Intensive Course: Teaching camps for matriculation exams

The intensive course for those who will retake the matriculation exams are being conducted at the respective teaching camps.

On Friday, Union Minister for Education Dr Nyunt Pe visited the Sagaing Univesity and encouraged the students to try their best for justice and dignity. He added that the government is providing text books and stationery for convenient of the students. He also met with the teachers and urged all to support the mental strength of the students, providing necessary aid to sit for the exam.

The Union Minister and party also inspected the teaching camps, opened at the No.2, No.14 and No.16 Basic Eduction High Schools in Amarapura Township of Mandalay Region. Due to the severe earthquake, the answer papers of students from Mandalay and Sagaing Regions, Kachin State and Nay Pyi Taw Council area were destroyed, leading to the reorganizing of matriculation exam. The exams for those affected students are scheduled to start on June 16.
