Accommodation Arrangements : Relocation of quake-hit staff families

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe on Saturday inspected the relocation of staff families at the blue-level buildings, following the severe Mandalay earthquake.

Among the blue-level buildings included hostels from Gant Gaw, Thazin and Tha Pyay complexes in Zabuthiri Township. During the visit, the Union Minister instructed for water and power supply and expediting the repair works. Likewise, the Union Minister inspected the relocation of affected staff families at the temporary bashas in the compounds of Small Scale Industries Department and Rural Road Development Department.

He instructed for speedy completion of septic system and supply of water and electricity.
