People welcome YaYa as panda arrives in Shanghai

Giant panda YaYa arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on Thursday afternoon from Memphis, Tennessee. YaYa returned to China from the United States after a 20-year loan for a joint research and conservation project, according to the National Forestry and Grassland Administration.

On the same day, many people volunteered to wait at the Shanghai Zoo to welcome YaYa. Some people said they paid particular attention to YaYa in the past three months. Although they could not see YaYa on that day, they still hoped that YaYa could feel everyone's love.
