COVID-19 Update: No new COVID-19 cases reported on March 8

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported no new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 3,474 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 10 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 633,949 and the death toll at 19,490 and the number of recovered patients is 614,426.
