



In East Yangon University, the exams for 1st and 2nd semester of pre and post graduate courses is going to begin on 9th March for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 academic year.
Pro Rector, East Yangon University, Dr. Thida Aung, said " There are 7 subjects in bachelor of science (B.Sc) and 12 in bachelor of arts (B.A), totaling 19 subjects. Around 2,300 students will take the exams in 19 subjects from 9th to 16th March except Sunday and Saturday. The academic period lasted for 4 months from November to February and exam for this academic year is going to be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm."
Course Affairs Department(EYU), Departmental Head, Thet Thet Wai, said " In 2022-2023 academic year, 10 training courses for day students from 1st year to Master’s degree (M2) were opened and 2 hostels for male and 2 hostels for female students have been arranged for students who come to university from far away areas. There are more than 200 students living in the hostels and the arrangements are being made for the convenient living of the students."
2,207 pre-graduate students and 57 post-graduate students who meet 75% of attendance are going to take the exam.
