Prize Awarding Ceremony: MIFER Union Minister awarded winners

In commemorating the 76th Anniversary of Union Day by the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, the prize awarding ceremony of ministerial level article, painting, essay and poem contest was held at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on February 10.

In his opening speech, the Union Minister said In commemorating the 76th Anniversary of Union Day which falls on 12th February, 2023, the prize awarding ceremony of ministerial level article, painting, essay and poem contest and prize awarding ceremony in conformity with the motto “May Union Heritage last forever”.

Moreover, in line with the five objectives of Union Day, among the personnel under the ministry to serve the duties joining hands with the union spirit, to build the Union based on the democracy and federal system with the union spirit harboring in the mind with fraternity, solidarity and united endeavours.

Regarding with the contest, by forming the steering committee and work committees and selected the final list and conferred the deserved honorarium to the winners.Then, the Union Minister and Deputy Minister awarded the prizes to the article, painting, essay and poem contest winner personnel and a representative on behalf of the prize winners expressed words of thanks.
