Union Government Meeting: PM addresses at the meeting in Nay Pyi Taw

The Union Government held its meeting 2/2023 in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday. Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the meeting and gave a speech.

The Union Ministers made reports on their respective sectors. In his conclusion remarks, the Prime Minister stressed the needs to carry out the tasks in a timely manner that need to be completed in 2022-2023 fiscal year. He urged all to carry out the tasks without any wastes, and to lay down correct guidelines by understanding their duties.

He pledged to provide assistance for development of transportation, education and health sectors, and most importantly the electric power sector. The also pointed out the need to organize the celebrations for religion and political purposes with the full essence of traditional customs.

The Prime Minister also called for cooperation and coordination among the ministries for stability of the state, rule of law and economic development of the country.
