Road Safety: Bago Region Government holds coordination meeting

Bago Region Government held the Road Safety coordination meeting [1/2023]. During the meeting at the regional government office, Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win said that it is necessary to provide knowledge and take action effectively.

The goals and objectives of the National Road Safety Council (2012-2023) work plan must be implemented annually. Legal actions must be taken against old vehicles and unlicensed vehicles and motorcycles. This meeting continued with attendees explaining the road safety measures, public awareness programmes, legal actions and research in the Region.
