Shanghai Competitors Shine at 2022 World Skills Competition

Since the middle of September, the special events of the 2022 World Skills Competition have been held in 15 countries, including Switzerland, Germany and South Korea.

Up to now, the Chinese delegation has won 10 gold medals in 17 completed events. Competitors from Shanghai have bagged two golds and one bronze. Shanghai's contestants have achieved many good performances, thanks to Shanghai's vigorous implementation of the action plan to improve professional skills in recent years.

The annual average number of subsidized vocational skills training is more than 1 million. And through model of middle and higher vocational education also contributes to the cultivation of highly skilled talents.
