Shanghai's Import Expo Gears Up in California

A conference to promote the China International Import Export was held on October 13 in Los Angeles, California. Multinationals are returning for the fifth China International Import Expo and looking forward to the upcoming import trade fair, which will be held on November 5-10 in Shanghai.

Los Angeles Deputy Mayor Erin Bromaghim said mutual benefit and win-win cooperation will still be the distinct characteristics of Sino-US economic and trade relations in the future. The host city Shanghai also benefits from the annual event, with a combined contractual foreign investment of $250 billion and imports total 346 billion $ , up by 22.7% compared with the figure in 2018.
