The biggest festivity in Bolivia, the 'Feast of the Lord of Great Power', returned for the first time after being canceled for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The festivity takes place in Bolivia's capital of La Paz, every year in a show of devotion and to thank the Gods for their blessings and ask for special favours.
More than 60-thousand dancers and musicians from all over Bolivia marched through the city.
The festival is an opportunity for the growing middle class from the Aymara indigenous group to show off their economic power through the elaborate costumes and masks created for the parade.
A dancer's costume, along with the jewelry worn, is valued at as much as 20-thousand US dollars.
