Sufficiency & Stability: Ministry Of Commerce Holds Meeting On Cooking Oil

Ministry of Commerce on Friday held a coordination meeting on cooking oil sufficiency and price stability.

In the meeting, Union Minister Dr. Pwint San stressed measures to reduce the cookiong oil import for health and betterment of local market and job creation and the Ministry’s efforts for the cooking oil price stability amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Attendees discussed the global cooking oil situation and import as well as measures for the price stability and acceleration of the local cooking oil production.
