Committee meeting: EAPMSC held meeting 2/2022

The Ethnic Affairs, Public Management and Services Committee held the meeting 3/2022 at the meeting room of the Ministry of Defense, Nay Pyi Taw on Friday afternoon.

Present at the meeting were the SAC members General Mya Tun Oo, Dr. BaNyar Aung Moe, Union Ministers U Chit Naing, U Ko Ko, Dr. Thet Thet Khine, U Saw Tun Aung Myint, deputy ministers, permanent secretary, director-generals and officials.

During the meeting, Ethnic Affairs, Public Management and Services Committee Chairman Union Minister for Defence General Mya Tun Oo made an opening speech. Next, the Secretary of the Committee Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung reported on the decisions made at the meeting 2/2022.

Union Ministers U Ko Ko, Deputy Ministers U Ye Tint, U Myo Hlaing, permanent secretaries and the directors-general explained matters submitted by the ministries to the committee, and the chairman of the committee approved matters to be implemented with the committee decision.

Then, the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development clarified the implementation works based on motions of the committee members during the meeting 2/2022.

Afterward, the Union Minister U Saw Tun Aung Myint, deputy minister U Myo Hlaing clarified the related sectors of the Ethnic Affairs, Public Management and Services and the committee chairman supplemented necessaries. Then, the committee chairman coordinated the discussion and concluded the meeting.
