Disease Control Measure: COVID-19 Vaccination Continues In Regions And States

The vaccination programme is one of the most important activities in the prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19 disease. Doctors and nurses from public hospitals, Tatmadaw medical teams, healthcare workers and volunteers are working hard to administer COVID-19 vaccines in different states and regions.

On 27thFebruary, COVID-19 vaccines were injected to people in Kyaukme and Thibawtownships in northern Shan State, 26 townships in Ayeyawady region, PonnaGyun and Pauk Taw townships in Rakhine State,7 districts of Mandalay Region, Htantabin Township in Bago Region and ThandaungGyi in Kayin State.
