Offering and charity bazaar: Offering rice and offertories held in Wa Division

The ceremony of offering rice and offertories to the Sangha and charity bazaar festivity was held in Hopan Township, Wa Self-Administered Division in the morning on 1st February, 2022. First, the Chairman of Administration Council of Wa Self-Administered Division U Nyi Nut and members greeted well wishers of departments, military units and battalions and local residents.

Then, the chairmen of division, district and township administration councils, members, well wishers from the departments, military units and battalions and local residents offered rice and offertories to the 50 members of Sangha from the monasteries in the township and 50 nuns from a nunnery.

After the offering rice and offertories, the charity bazaar festivity continued and hosted the locals with vermicelli soup and Wa boiled rice and other foodstuffs.
