Order No 7/2022: Chair of Constitutional Tribunal allowed to take retirement

The Republic of the Union of Myanmar State Administration Council issued an Order No 7/2022 on 31 January 2022 allowing the Chairman of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union U Than Kyaw to take retirement from the duty of his own accord for health conditions under Section 419 of the Constitution.
