Inspection in Shwe Taung: Garment Factory and Renovation Works inspected

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win, together with the officials, inspected No.1 Garment Factory (ShweTaung) on January 29th.

The Chief Minister heard reports on operation process of factory and manufacturing condition. He also stressed to provide technical assistance, investments matters and availability of raw materials. The Chief Minister later provided 1 million kyats for the staff.

They then observed the operation process of respective divisions in the factory, and the fabrics, produced at the factory. He also urged to produce value-added products for promoting market demands.

The Chief Minister and party later inspected the renovation works of retaining wall at fire fighting water tank. The renovation works is being carried out with the allotted budget of over 164 million kyats from the Mini Budget of the Regional Government for 2021-2022 fiscal year.
