Rice Donation: Staff families of MoHA donates rice for monks

During COVID-19 prevention and control period, members and staff families of the Ministry of Home Affairs is making donation of rice to the monasteries in respective townships with the aim for the convenience of alms-food for sanghas and nuns.

On 25th January, officials of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, regions and states form the units and departments of the Ministry of Home Affairs donated rice for Sayadaws and monks at the monasteries in Zabuthiri and Ottara Thiri Townships of Nay Pyi Taw, Hpa-An township in Kayin State, Dawei Township of Taninthayi Region, Insein Township in Yangon Region, Mogok Township in Shan State.
