Inspections In Yangon: Union Minister Inspects University And Research Center

Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw on Sunday inspected University of Information Technology in Yangon and met with rectors from technological universities and universities of computer studies.

In this meeting, the Union Minister urged them to use the Information and communications technology in teaching, to upgrade classrooms, labs and libraries and to continue training for tutors. There, he also heard reports, fulfilled the requirements and inspected classrooms, labs, teaching aid and library.

On the same day, the Union Minister visited the information and communication technology research center and inspected preparations for information and communications technology development courses under the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund.

He instructed the concerned officials to continue information and communications technology human resources development courses. The Union Minister also made inspection of the center.
