Torchlight parade: Spectacular parade at end of NKorea's youth congress

Thousands of young people took part in a torchlight parade in North Korea's capital Pyongyang to mark its 10th youth congress.

The extravagant event culminated in a spectacular fireworks display and was thought to have taken place over Thursday and Friday.

Young people between the ages of 14 to 30 are expected to join the congress and take part in activities from study sessions to helping out in major construction projects.
