Snow brings out skiers on Charles Bridge in Prague

In the Czech Republic, city skiers turned a Prague bridge into an unlikely trail on Tuesday. About a dozen people arrived at the historic Charles Bridge which became the site of an improvised cross country ski track.  After about 15 cm of snow on Monday and another fresh coat of powder on Tuesday morning they used a snowy strip running down the middle of the bridge. Downhill skiing resorts are now closed in the Czech Republic due to COVID-19 restrictions but cross country is still available as an outdoor activity.
