Emergency services at scene of Scottish train derailment

Emergency services vehicles gather near the scene of a train derailment in Scotland that has resulted in at least three deaths. The crash, close to the town of Stonehaven around 25 kilometres south of Aberdeen, followed severe flooding across parts of the region overnight.
