Social Services: Volunteers And Social Services Association Honoured

The volunteers who took part in COVID -19 prevention and treatment  process  were presented certificates of  honor and cash of honor at General Administration Office in Mine Yang of Kengtung District  in  Eastern Shan State on 2nd July.

Township Administrator U Zaw Lin Htet made a congratulation speech  to the volunteers and  social service association who aid for COVID -19 prevention, control and  treatment process and facility  Quarantine Centre.

It is learnt that the total amount of 420,000 kyats, provided by the Township Social Welfare Department, were awarded to the volunteers with 20,000 kyats each.

The Certificates of Honour presented by the State Counsellor who is the Chairperson of the National Volunteers Steering Unit, were handed over to the volunteers and social service associations.
