COVID-19 Relief Loan: MADB Disburses Special COVID-19 Relief Loan To Farmers

Myanma Agricultural Development Bank (MADB) disbursed 10. 4 million kyats loans of Special COVID-19 relief loan for 208 acres of 47 farmers in Keng Tung Township.

The paddy cultivation loan is 150,000 kyats for per acre and the Special COVID-19 relief loan is 50,000 kyats for per acre.

Manager, MADB-Branch (Keng Tung), Kyaw Lwin Aung said “We disburse COVID-19 Special Relief Loan for farmers with the rate of 50,000 kyats for per acre for the second time. The loan repayment period is one year. We disburse 10.4 million kyats loans for 208 acres.”

The COVID-19 Special Relief Loan will be disbursed to the farmers who have repaid the previous loans. The loan disbursement will be allowed at most 10 acres for a farmer.
