Restrictions Eased: Mayangone Tsp. Removed From Stay At Home List As Of June 15

People in Mayangone Township have been removed from the Stay at Home List as of 4:00 am on 15th June, according to the Order of the Ministry of Health and Sports issued on Sunday.

The Ministry has had people in 10 townships of Yangon Region and 1 township of Sagaing Region as part of a Stay at Home Order in order to control the spread of COVID-19 more effectively. As 9 townships show improvements in preventing COVID-19 disease transmission, they have been removed from the Stay at Home list on 14th and 25th May respectively.

And now, people in Mayangone Township have been removed from the list as there seen progress in COVID-19 prevention measures.
