As Madrid entered its second phase of lockdown, with restrictions being eased, the library welcomed users again but with measures to guarantee the safety of everyone wanting to consult books and documents.
The capacity of the rooms has been limited to 30% and users are not allowed to freely take books from the shelves. Users have to set up an appointment and after consulting a book they have to be put in quarantine for 14 days.
