Fight Against Covid-19: Donation For Covid-19 Prevention, Control And Treatment

Well-wishers continue to donate cash and medical aid for COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment.

In the donation ceremony at the Ministry of Health and Sports on Tuesday afternoon, officials on behalf of the well-wishers explained the reasons for donating to the National-Level Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019.

Secretary 2 of the Committee Union Minister Dr. Myint Htwe expressed words of thanks for donation and pledged the effective use of donated cash and medical aid.

The Union Minister and officials accepted the cash donation of over 227 million kyats and medical aid worth about 257 million kyats.

Certificates of honour were presented to the well-wishers.
