A 4.7-magnitude earthquake hit with its epicenter about 23 miles northwest of Sidoktaya Township on Monday, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.
The slight earthquake in Magway Region with a depth of 14 kilometers occurred at 1 hr 40 minutes 46 seconds Myanmar Standard Time.
