







Welcoming the nationwide ceasefire peace talks and the 76th Anniversary Union Day, the youth affairs committee festival (Mandalay Region) was held at the Mandalar Thiri Stadium with exhibitions and dance shows in a grand manner.
Led by the Mandalay Region Government, the Mandalay Region Youth Affairs Committee festival, which was held with great grandeur, was happily and actively attended and participated by students from basic education high schools, private schools and higher education universities.
Director, Mandalay Region Government Office, Zaw Naing Oo said "About 30 galleries were on display and many types of foods were served to the students with more than 20 charity feast food courts. "
At this festival, various universities in the region displayed their various types of creation and interesting techniques in small models. It also included many interesting programs like puzzles’ solving, hand painting, Myanmar traditional puppetry and sports demonstration.
Myanmar Institute of Information & Technology, Myat Thura said "We displayed about 7 projects created with nova robots that can perform dancing, walking and saluting movements according to human motion and also maze runner robots. It took a lot of time to create such projects but I’m so happy to share them with the public and I’m so proud for having the chance to participate. "
Student said "Here, I witnessed many innovative inventions and creations by respective universities and schools - my favorite is the invention of medical devices. I’m so happy to come here with my friends."
Variety of entertainment such as performances of Myoma Musical Troupe, play with background music and Anyeint were also included.
Mandalar University, Aye Nyein Kyaw said "We staged theatrical performance with 7 comedians and 2 actresses with 2 songs each. I had to take the time to practice for the dance performance and I’m so happy to have got the opportunity to showcase the performance. "
The festival was to promote the education, health and social sectors of young people, conserve religion, race, culture and literature and develop five strengths and urge the youths to make efforts for the emergence of a modern, developed democratic nation.
