





In commemoration of 75th Diamond Jubilee Independence Day 2023, Youth and Literary Arts Exhibition was held its second day at MICC-II in Nay Pyi Taw, Tuesday. In the exhibition, over 60 booths from 11 Ministries are displayed and famous Myanmar traditional Pathein Umbrellas of Ayeyawaddy region and regional food are also sold. Likewise, 3 historic movies of Myanmar are shown for the students, aiming to acquire knowledge.
Htwe Aye Khaing, TV Relay Station Manager, MRTV said “At the exhibition, we display the booths of radio, TV, virtual and MRTV HD News studios which currently run and also the historic images of MRTV which were broadcast online are being showcased with the aim for obviously know how we work for the public and have radio and TV coverage across the nation. Similarly, youths can also observe how many percentages MRTV can cover to other countries.”
The exhibition is more alive for its special entertainment movie programmes- Kyee Myat Thaw Myanmar (The Grate Myanmar), Never Shall We Be Enslaved (Thu Kyun Ma Khan Pyi) and Nga Ba and singing sessions of artistes.
Thein Tun Aung, Advisor, Forever Group said “The film entitled “The Grate Myanmar” is the first 3D film of Myanmar. This film features about how Myanmar Kings tried hard for flourishing of Theravada Buddha Sasana in Myanmar and the generosity of Myanmar People in making donations such as offering golden foils to sacred pagodas and temples. We shot the film from 2013 to 2017 and screened in Myanmar in 2019. Now, I’m very pleased of getting a chance to screen the film “The Grate Myanmar” to the new generation youths in the exhibition.”
The festival intends to encourage students to read books and journals, know the benefits of literature, uplift patriotic spirit and dignity through arts.
